Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from the date of purchase.
Processing includes verification, quality check, secure packaging, and handing over to our trusted courier partners.
All products will be delivered within 7 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Domestic Shipping (India)
We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across India, including metro and non-metro locations.
Delivery Time: 4 to 7 business days
Courier Partners: We use only reliable and verified logistics partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post.
Shipping Charges: Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999. A nominal fee may apply for smaller orders or COD (Cash on Delivery) where applicable.

International Shipping
Yes, we ship Zaafrani perfumes and bakhur internationally to select countries. Please contact our team before placing an international order.
