At Zaafrani, we strive to ensure that every order of perfumes, oud oils, or bakhur reaches you in perfect condition. However, if there is an issue with your order, this Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a return, exchange, or refund for products purchased through our official website.
Return Eligibility
Returns are applicable within 2 days of receiving the product. A return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery under the following conditions:
You received a damaged product due to transit or packaging issues.
You received an incorrect product — an item different from what you ordered.
To initiate a return, you must provide clear photos and/or an unboxing video as proof of the issue. This helps us quickly investigate and resolve the concern.
Once your return is accepted, a refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days.
Exchange Policy
If your product qualifies for an exchange due to damage:
The request must be supported by photo and video evidence of the damage.
Upon approval, the damaged product will be picked up within 2 working days.
A replacement product will be delivered within 7 working days, at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
Returns due to personal preferences, such as “did not like the fragrance” or “changed my mind”
All our perfumes and bakhurs are clearly described on the website. If you are unsure before making a purchase, please reach out to us — we’re always happy to help you choose the right product.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
In case a replacement is more appropriate (e.g., for incorrect or damaged items), we will ship the correct product free of charge.
